Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for perishable orders (such as cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, and other dessert food items) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized baked goods). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if confectionary item(s) are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
